San Diego-based AI fleet safety company Netradyne has established a formal regional hub in Europe with its recent acquisition of Dutch fleet mobility and connected operations business Moove Connected Mobility.

This creates the foundation for Netradyne’s further expansion across the continent.

“Europe is a critical pillar of our global strategy,” said Netradyne Co-founder and CEO Avneesh Agrawal. “This acquisition reflects a clear commitment to building long‑term presence, leadership, and trust in the region.”

Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe – a central operating hub for sales, customer engagement, partnerships and market development.

While Netradyne has had a European presence for several years, this deal marks a key expansion that aims to accelerate the company’s growth to becoming a global platform by combining its AI-driven edge intelligence with Moove’s longstanding local presence, customer relationships and deep operational and regulatory expertise across several major European markets.

Moove, which along with Netradyne is part of the Geotab Marketplace, is an international telematics provider with services extending to over 85 countries from its offices in the Netherlands and Germany.

Former Moove CEO Jeroen Bruinooge, now senior vice president and general manager of Europe at Netradyne, will lead Netradyne’s European go‑to‑market strategy. Bruinooge said this transaction combines fleet performance with AI-driven safety insights, not as separate layers, but as one integrated platform.

“Over the past years, we have built Moove into a strong, independent partner in fleet performance. This next step allows us to accelerate that journey and expand what we can deliver to our customers across Europe,” Bruinooge said in a LinkedIn post. “I strongly believe in the role of AI-powered safety technology in improving driver behaviour and preventing incidents. This is exactly where we can make more impact together.”

Netradyne has cut road accidents by up to 50% for major enterprise customers, according to the company’s news release. It said the combined teams will focus on delivering solutions that help improve safety outcomes and enhance driver performance while providing consistent operational insights for fleets, including global customers seeking a unified platform across North America, Europe and Asia.

The transaction creates a combined entity built for enterprise fleets that operate across borders at a time when the fleet management market is undergoing a structural shift from fragmented telematics and lagging reports to integrated, AI-driven platforms that enable real-time decision-making and measurable operational outcomes.
