Fleet One, a provider of fuel cards for commercial fleets, announced a new free Fleet One Local Sites app for iPhone and Android designed to improve fleet management and maximize fuel savings. The new app for Fleet One customers is designed to enable cardholders to find the lowest-priced fuel sites within their immediate proximity with a single tap on their smartphone
“In addition to ease of use for the best in savings, customers also will be able to filter search results for preferred products and even use GPS enabled routing to lead the way,” says Matt Lattin, Fleet One vice president of product management. “This new app is even more relevant in today’s economy considering today’s fuel prices. Plus, it’s more important than ever to provide our customers with services that help them run more efficiently.”
The Fleet One Local Sites app is designed to allow the customer to search all Fleet One accepting sites and their retail fuel prices. All the customer has to do is go to App Store or Android Market and download the Fleet One Local Sites app. An app for BlackBerry is coming soon.
