Longistics, a full-service provider of global logistics solutions, has announced that H. Berry Petty Jr. has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the company’s transportation division. Petty will manage the division’s day-to-day operations and manage customer and vendor relations.
Petty began working at Research Triangle Park, N.C.-based Longistics in 1998 and previously served as a controller. A certified public accountant, Petty has served in controller and vice president of finance positions for the past 26 years.
