Daimler Trucks North America now offers commercial truck and bus operators the option to receive e-mail notification of special offers containing hundreds of dollars in instant savings on commonly-used parts, service and preventive maintenance repairs. Also included in the e-mails are useful tips containing the latest industry news and information about rapidly changing technology.

DTNA says this information, listed by individual retail dealer and distributor location, provides easy access to the largest variety of special offers at all of the company’s retail locations. A search feature makes it possible to find special offers by location and provides Google Map directions, location hours of operation and a host of other support features.

“We understand how challenging it is to compete in today’s market,” says Todd Hooper, director of parts and service marketing for DTNA. “Now customers can access real-time special parts and service offers in a clear format. We know that trucking companies and owner-operators want to keep their vehicle operation costs low, no matter where they are or what commercial vehicle they drive.”

To begin receiving special offers on parts and service from dealers and distributors throughout the United States and Canada, visit Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and Detroit Diesel websites. When signing up, customers can elect to receive special offers via mailed flyers.
