Wade & Partners, a marketing and consulting firm specializing in the heavy-duty truck market, announced the addition of aftermarket veteran Lew Flowers, who has more than 35 years of experience in fleet maintenance management and operations training. Flowers is experienced with operations review facilitations, which focus on the elimination of waste and its associated costs in fleets of all sizes.

Flowers previously was the business development manager for HD America and has been manager of vehicle maintenance for the Oklahoma District of the U.S. Postal Service. He has held several positions with the American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council, including general chairman. He also has been awarded the TMC Silver Spark Plug and the Peggy Fisher Study Group Leadership Award. In 2007, Flowers received CCJ’s Career Leadership Award.

“I am personally thrilled to have the chance to work even more closely with Lew,” says Bill Wade, managing partner. “His talents and experience are a perfect fit with the expertise offered by our other partners. I don’t think other firms can offer anywhere near the specialized advice and integrated support at all levels and channels within the heavy-truck parts and service market.”
