The Glow Baton Model 50 Traffic Control Pro from Grace Industries is designed to allow transportation professionals to direct people and traffic around and out of emergency situations safely. It also can be used as a roadside flare with the included stainless steel stand, eliminating fire and other hazards of regular flares, according to the company.
The Glow Baton, which weighs 7 ounces and is 12 inches in length, is designed with a slip-resistant handgrip and push-button operation, with a 360-degree bright-red LED light powered by a 9V alkaline battery for visibility from all directions. The high-impact, water-resistant tube makes Glow Baton virtually unbreakable, the company says.
