H&H Drivers, a truck driver staffing firm, has been acquired by Resolve Staffing, a national provider of outsourced human resource services. Terms of the purchase were not announced.
H&H Drivers, based in Greensboro, N.C., is a driver leasing company that furnishes temporary and permanent qualified drivers on demand. Resolve Staffing says the acquisition strengthens its presence in the growing trucking segment of the staffing industry. Based on current economic conditions, Resolve Staffing projects that an additional 500,000 drivers will be needed to meet demand over the next 5 to 10 years.
“As evident with this and other recent acquisitions, the truck driver staffing industry represents an important vertical growth market that we anticipate adding considerably to our revenues,” says Ron Heineman, president and CEO of Cincinnati-based Resolve Staffing.
