Herndon, Va. – June 22, 2005 – GeoLogic Solutions, the transportation industry’s leading provider of Multi-Mode communications and tracking systems, today announced it has signed an agreement to add Cingular’s GPRS network to its current selection of communications offerings. The new network will be available this fall.

“One of our top priorities is to continue to improve our products by making the right decisions on which technology solutions are best for our customers,” stated John Lewis, CEO for GeoLogic Solutions. “Adding the Cingular network is one of many enhancements we plan to offer in the future.”

Cingular’s GPRS network will be available as a terrestrial network option for the MobileMax Multi-Mode satellite and terrestrial mobile communications and fleet management system. The new Cingular offering will not only be a network alternative for new customers, but will also be offered as an upgrade to existing MobileMax units. This new communication option will be compatible with all MobileMax units in the field and will function with current dispatch systems. This seamless transition gives existing customers the ability to remain on the current network, switch to the Cingular network or have a combination of both networks throughout their fleet.

“Current system compatibility was vital when making the decision to add the Cingular network,” stated Lewis. “Giving our customers choices is important, but giving them choices without causing major disruption to their operations is even more important.”
