CGM Security Solutions, Incorporated has been purchased by Digital Descriptor Systems Incorporated

CGM Security Solutions, Incorporated proudly announces that as of 3/1/2005 it has been purchased by Digital Descriptor Systems Incorporated, (DDSI), a public corporation based in New Jersey and will now be known as CGM Applied Security Technologies Incorporated.

CGM is a manufacturer of specialized security products for the packaging, cargo and transportation industries. They have over 20 unique patented products all focused in dealing with protecting unattended assets such as cargo, tractors and trailers. CGM began manufacturing operations in 1977 and, since that time, they have expanded and refined their line of products to adapt to the threats of a changing world supply chain. With over 2000 regular clients and world wide distribution, CGM looks forward to this new beginning to further expand its coverage, products and markets.

CGM is immediately expanding their line of security devices to include 4 newly patented locking systems for trailer roll up doors and air brake locks for tractors. All of our products are listed on our web site www.tamper.com, please look for the Rig-Lock, TS4A and 1130 lock systems.

CGM will remain in its Somerset Corporate plant and office location as well as its main factory in Staten Island NY. Erik Hoffer will remain as company President and will assist Tony Shupin the new CEO, in expanding sales and refining and creating new products to help to better secure our world.
