Oshkosh Truck Corporation has bought London Machinery Inc., a privately owned Canadian company that manufactures truck-mounted concrete mixers.
Aberdeen Gould, an investment bank that specializes in mergers, oversaw the purchase.
Oshkosh manufactures specialty trucks and truck bodies. The company’s products are marketed under the Oshkosh, Pierce, McNeilus, Medtec, Geesink, Norba, Jerr-Dan and CON-E-CO brand names.
